Flames of the Forest - things you need to know!


The Aboriginal Cultural Experience runs from 7.30pm - 10.30pm plus transfer time.

The Rainforest Dining Experience runs from 7.30pm - 10.00pm plus transfer time.

Dietary requirements:

Dietary requirements are catered for with prior notice - please note any dietary requirements in your booking.

What to bring:

A jacket in cooler months and flat comfortable shoes, an open mind and a sense of fun!

Bookings, cancellations & itinerary changes:

Bookings must be pre-paid and close at 4.00pm on the day of the experience. Flames of the Forest is all weather. Self drive to the venue is not permitted and our packages are inclusive of transfers to and from your hotel.

The itinerary and/or content advised may have to be varied due to causes beyond Flames of the Forest's control. The comfort and safety of guests is our paramount concern.  Flames of the Forest reserves the right to cancel any night at our discretion and provide guests with a full refund.  Flames of the Forest has a minimum guest number policy of 10 confirmed guests and will not operate the tour without minimum numbers being reached.

Guest cancellation within 24 hours of hotel departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Rates advertised on the website are valid from 01st April 2019 to 31st March 2020.
